I say : those things (above) have theirimportant effect on the evolution of humanmind. All this , offers great benefits to the peopleinvolved in education thought , and develop-ment on this planet. The benefits are inhelping maximize the good result and avoid-ing what is harmful and corrupt. No body can deny that getting informedabout other cultures only ocuures throughttranslation. For this reason translation move-ment started with the early dawn of therenaissance. In this domain , there werefamous penmen who excelled in the art oftranslating other nations heritage into orien-tal language and translating oriental cul-tures , especially the islamic culture , intoother languages. This developed later into translationsections that were opened in most orientaluniversities , so you would hardly find a
faculty of literature which doesn't cater forthis vital major. Considering all this , we found it necessarythat such a specialized and competent people,so that the result would be on par with theprospects.The domains to work in : Islamic knowledge is widely varied , and thedomains of islamic thought are unlimited asproved by history and the diversity of theislamic thought covers all saspects of scien-tific research , from medicine to architectureto philosophy , sociology and jurisdiction.Our islamic researchers have left us a hugemultiplicity of masterpieces that should beuncovered to others in order to see , forthemeselves , the volume of knowledge thatislam has offred to this nation when it wasswarming in the darkness of ignorance. Our work aims to focus on translating andpublishing books within the following do-mains :- General Islamic culture.- Islamic philosophical thought , inparticular.- The islamic doctrine , in the aim ofexpounding to the world our true philosophyand need.Why translation? An old proverb tells us : The natives knowbetter about their homeland. This is wiseenough , for who other than your home. However , curiousityand fanaticism have made some people denyor misinterpret this truth and turn , in theirignorance and impertinence , away from theenlightened.

We all have read theprophet's words about ali , fatimah , Al-Hassan , and Al-Hussein ( peace be uponThem ) : "Allah! these are my family andhome. Purify them of evil , to the absolutedegree". The prophet ( p.b.H ) has entrustedthese ( his family ) with his knowledge ofprophet and prophthood. The need for translation arises from theneed to transmit Mohammad's ( p.b.H )thought to the world to include his family'srthics in their wars and peace , in theirsatisfaction and dissatisfaction as well astheir works and knowledge.
