مضايقات و انتهاكات خطيرة يتعرض لها الرموز المعتقلين في سجون جهاز الأمن الوطني المجرم – البحرين .
سيتم التناول في هذا التقرير بعض ما رواه أهالي النشطاء السياسيين و الحقوقيين المعتقلين - المتهمين في القضية التي اختلقتها السلطة مؤخراً تحت مسمى الشبكة التنظيمية - حول الانتهاكات الصريحة لحق الإنسان و المضايقات المحطة بالكرامة التي يتعرضون لها في سجن جهاز الأمن الوطني المجرم و مع العلم فأن تلك المعاملة السيئة و المضايقات التي سوف نشير إليها يتعرض لها هؤلاء السجناء بشكل يومي و متكرر .
فقد تلقينا من أهالي السجناء أنباء تشير الى أن جهاز الأمن الوطني المجرم لا يزال حتى هذا اليوم يمارس انتهاكات بشعة مع العلماء و الرموز في سجنهم , و من بين تلك الانتهاكات و المضايقات التالي :
1 عدم السماح للمعتقلين بإستخدام دورات المياه بانتظام أو في وقت حاجتهم لها , و المسموح لهم الذهاب لدورة المياه مرة واحدة في اليوم يحددها الضابط المسئول في وقت يقدر بدقيقة واحدة, بالرغم من أن بعض السجناء مصابين بأمراض مختلفه توجب عليهم إستخدام دورات المياه بإنتظام كالشيخ عبدالهادي المخوضر و الشيخ ميرزا المحروس و الشيخ سعيد النوري .
2 يتم معاقبة المعتقلين بصورة يومية بإرغامهم على الوقوف لساعات طويلة تصل احيانا إلى 6 ساعات في اليوم الواحد و لهم حق أخذ الراحة لعدة دقائق قصيرة و لمرة واحدة في فترة العقاب هذه .
3 لا يزال السجناء موزعين على غرف إنفرادية و مع العلم أنهم في هذه الوضعية منذ لحظة الإعتقال أي لقرابة الـ 4 أشهر متواصلة , و معزولين عن العالم الخارجي بصورة تامة و يمنع عليهم إقتناء أي كتب او جرائد او إجراء الاتصالات هاتفيه .
4 التضييق على السجناء في حرية ممارساتهم العبادية , فاقتناء كتب الدعاء و القرآن ممنوعة . و هناك فترة محددة يسمح فيها لكل سجين أداء صلاته و هي دقيقتين فقط و حال تجاوز السجن المدة المسموحة يتم سحب السجين من على سجادته و رميه في زنزانته مقيد اليدين .
5 إجبار بعض المعتقلين على تقبيل العلم البحريني بالإكراه و تادية السلام الملكي بشكل يومي صباحاً .
6 يتم إضافة بعض المواد الكيميائية في الوجبات الغذائية التي تقدم للسجناء لكي تتسبب لهم بأضرار و أمراض معينة .
7 إجبار السجناء بأداء التحية لكبار الضباط و معاقبتهم بعقوبات قاسية حال رفضهم حال رفضهم تقديم التحية .
و هناك تفاصيل أخرى سيتم الإفصاح عنها لاحقاً , و ما نرجوه بجد من المنظمات الحقوقية و الجمعيات السياسية و كل من يخصه الأمر اخذ هذه الأمور باهتمام و جدية و التدخل السريع لوضع الحد النهائي لهذه الانتهاكات التي الجرائم التي تمارس في حق السجناء - التي تعد في الاعراف الدولية و الدساتير الحقوقية كجرائم -و تقديم الجلادين و مسئولين جهاز الامن الوطني و الداخلية المتهمين بارتكاب جرائم ضد الإنسانية للمحاكم .

Political prisoners under torture and humiliation in the prisons of the national security-Bahrain.
We will be addressed in this report some of what we have received from females and relates of the detainees- that accused them of false charges of authority known as the organizational network- About human rights abuses and harassment which they are exposed to it these prisoners on a daily basis and frequently At the hands of the elements of the National Security Apparatus.
We have received news of the families of prisoners suggest that the National Security troops continues to this day practice violations and harassment, with the political prisoners , and from such violations and harassment, is the following:
1 Do not allow detainees to use the toilets regularly or in time of need , and allowed them to go to the toilet once a day specified by the officer in charge for only one minute Although some prisoners have to use the bathroom regularly, such as Shaykh Abdul-Hadi, Sheikh Mirza Almajodhar guarded and Sheikh Saeed Nouri. And because of old age and infected with certain diseases
2 punished by forcing the detainees on a daily basis to stand for long hours, sometimes up to 6 hours per day
3 Three prisoners are still in solitary confinement and they are in this situation since the moment of arrest nearly 4 months , and they are fully isolated from the outside world and prevents them acquire any books or newspapers, or make a phone communication.
4 Restrictions on the freedom of prisoners in the practices of prayer books and Koran prohibited. There are a limited period allowed for each prisoner and the performance of prayer is only two minutes
,
5 forced some detainees to kiss the flag of Bahrain and forced to perform National Anthem on a daily basis in the morning.
6 are adding some chemicals in the diets offered to the prisoners in order to cause them damage and certain diseases.
7 forcing prisoners to perform tribute to the senior officers and punish them if they refuse to harsh penalties if they refused to pay tribute.
There are other details will be disclosed later And what we hope for from human rights organizations and political associations to take these things carefully and seriously and intervene rapidly to put the final limit to these violations of crimes that are practiced in the right of prisoners - which is in international norms and constitutions, human rights as crimes – And provision of torturers and officials of National Security Apparatus and the Interior accused of crimes against humanity for the courts.
