What are the Results of Believing the Awaited Leader ?

A right belief, which is connected to the human inward world, has its penalty to be paid, reflected on the outward organs. Those who recognize the right path should put their efforts in following it. Otherwise, they will live great regret in the Day of Judgment, having stopped in the middle of the way. ! That is why the most regretful people in that day would be those who had recognized the Truth, yet left it to other directions!
One of the important aspects of our Belief believes in the Movement of! Al-Mahdi (a), which is the last part of the life of humanity. Almighty God had never created the whole universe for nonsense! Just like the sun is running into a rest-place, humanity movement is running into its rest-place, which! will represent the optimum justice in the history of the man kind. Aim ness and centralization are major attributes of this existence. There is no doubt that the center of this existence is unification, when the beginning and ending belong only to the All-Generous Who had granted it. The aim of this existence is that the whole universe becomes in one color, which is the color of worship to The One and only Creator, weather in the world of un-living or living things.
One of the important results of the belief in Al-Mahdi (a)’s existing is re-charging the powers and hopes of the nation. There is a clear difference between someone who walks without a specific target, and other one who walks while having big hope to find the light and survival beyond the long dark tunnel. That is why there were strong orders from Ahlul Bait (a) to await the Rescue (Faraj), and confirmation that it is one of the best deeds! It is clear, any way, that ‘awaiting the Rescue’ means maki! ng all t! His necessary preparations for the awaited one. Otherwise, emotions only, and even praying, can not be considered as real awaiting.
En we believe in Imam Mahdi’s care about this nation and sharing its pains, we should share His concerns and sympathize His seclusion and severe pains from what the nation faces of hardships and suffering. It was so strange that Imams before him had showed their sorrow about His situations, even before he was born! Imam Sadeq (a) was seen crying like a mother who had lost her son, saying:{Oh my Lord, your absence has prevented me from sleeping!} Imam Reza (a), as well, was ready to sacrifice His father and mother for Him!
Some people think that it is useless and meaningless to pray for the Rescue, if there is a fixed time for it. This opinion can be argued, because this matter lies in the circle of ‘Changing and Fixing of fates’ which is in the Hands of Almighty God. There is no doubt that the big number of people who! pray in the time of The Imam’s absence can move the Devine Will, because Almighty God had promised to fulfill the prayer’s request, when he requests Him. It was cited in the Narrations that Almighty God would have granted comfort and wealth to this nation, if they have not killed Imam Hussein (a).
We might see some deeds as having no big value! In fact, they have great symbolic meaning to prove the state of loyalty and belonging to this Devine Representative on earth. One example of that is paying charity, intending to prevent hardships from reaching the Imam (a) and his followers. Other examples are: To! give our newly born sons His name, to stand up when mentioning His name: (Al-Qa’em) showing our readiness to be under His command, to visit Him frequently using the special narrated ‘Ziyarates’ like ‘An-Nudba’ and ‘Al-Ahd Supplication’, to visit His noble Fathers’ shrines, to pray for him before praying to ourselves, and to do any other things that a lover can! Invent!
There are two types of knowledge: The acquired knowledge that comes from reading books and listening to lectures, and the knowledge which is granted directly by Almighty God, in the form of widening the chest, directing the thoughts, and strengthening the hearts. Was not Him Who had fortified the hearts of the People of the Cave, and Mother of Moses, although they were not Prophets or Imams? Was not Him Who inspired the bees? Aren’t we, the humans, more possible to be in this position? Our emotional and spiritual connection with Imam Mahdi (a) will be a way to receive this inspirational knowledge.
It is recommended to take advantage of the ‘prayer responding times’ to concentrate on praying to our Imam (a) for victory and support, like the times of Daily prayers, that we can make as fixed stops for praying in order not to forget, the time ‘Athan’ when the door of the Heavens are open, and the times of Night prayers. We can wonder, finally: What! T if the Imam (a) Hi! I pray for one of the worshippers for victory and support? Can such a prayer of this Most Noble Creation of Almighty God on earth in these times, be neglected?!
