Ten-year-old Khamees Hawayta lies in Shefah hospital, July 24, 2002, after he was injured during an Israeli missile strike in Gaza Strip. Like many of the 145 injured in the attack early Tuesday morning, the Palestinian boy was asleep when the one-tonne bomb targeted the house of a senior militant next door, blasting it to bits and destroying nearby houses in the crowded district. "The blast threw a cabinet on top of me and rubble on top of my little brother Subhi," said Khamees. "Subhi cried to me, 'I can't get out. Help me!'
