البحرين: اعتقال المشيمع والخواجة صباح اليوم
البحرين: اعتقال المشيمع والخواجة صباح اليوم
تم صباح اليوم مداهمة منزل كل من الأستاذ حسن علي مشيمع (58 سنة) – أمين عام حركة حق- والأستاذ عبدالهادي الخواجة(46 سنة) - رئيس مركز البحرين لحقوق الإنسان، نقلهما الى مكتب التحقيقات في العدلية.
ففي الساعة السادسة من صباح اليوم، تم محاصرة مكان إقامة مشيمع والخواجة من قبل القوات الخاصة المدججة بأسلحتها، وتم القبض عليهما بشكل منفرد عبر أفراد أمن ملثمين مدعومين. وعند مخاطبة التحقيقات الجنائية، أخبر بأن أمر الإعتقال جاء بناءاً على طلب النيابة العامة.
تجدر الإشارة الى ان حركة حق ومركز البحرين لحقوق الإنسان هي مؤسسات حقوقية غير مسجلة ولها أنشطة على مستوى داخل البحرين وخارجها، وتحظى بتفاعل المنظمات الأهلية ولها حضور شعبي متميز. وقد تناولت المؤسستان موضوعات ، تعتبرها السلطات البحرينية، حساسة، وآخرها ملف الشبكات السرية التي كشفها صلاح البندر عبر مركز الخليج لتنمية الديمقراطية والتي تناولت إثارة الفتنة الطائفية بين السنة والشيعة واختراق مؤسسات المجتمع، وتغيير التركيبة الطائفية في البحرين.
وما ضاع حق وراءه مطالب

Mushaima and Al-khawaja Apprehension
Early this morning local time, Mr Hasan Mushaima – Secretary General of HAQ movement- and Mr Abdulhadi Al-khawaja- Chairman Bahrain Center for Human Rights (BCHR), were apprehended from their homes and transferred to the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
At six o'clock, this morning local time, residence of Mr Mushaima and Al-Khawaja were besieged by Special Forces before being apprehended by armed forces backed by security masked personnel. When addressing criminal investigations, the arrest warrant came at the request of the Public Prosecution.
It is worth mentioning that, HAQ and BCHR are civic non-registered human rights organizations whose activities are recognized inside and outside Bahrain.
The two organizations have been addressing issues sensitive to the Bahraini authorities. The latest issue is the secret webs declared by Dr Salah Al-Bander- Secretary General- Gulf Center for the Development of Democracy, which covers stirring up sectarian sedition between Sunnis and Shiites, infiltration civic institutions, and changing of sectarian demography in Bahrain.

الشيخ الجدحفصي / اعتقال الاستاذان هو تصعيد خطير جداً..
استنكر سماحة الشيخ الجدحفصي "حفظه الله ورعاه" الحملة المخابراتية المتوحشة التي أدت لاعتقال الاستاذ حسن المشيمع "الامين العام لحركة حق" ، والاستاذ عبدالهادي الخواجة "رئيس مركز البحرين لحقوق الإنسان" صباح اليوم الجمعة
الموافق 02/02/2007 ، معتبراً هذه الخطوة بالتصعيد الخطير الذي مآلهُ إلى شحن الساحة السياسية نحو الإحتقان ، ودفعها بإتجاه مشارف الهاوية.
كما طالب سماحتهُ في اتصال هاتفي بالإفراج الفوري عن الاستاذان لتجنيب البلاد والعباد ما لا يُحمدُ عُقباه ، مستنكراً بشدة الطريقة التي تم فيها اعتقال الاستاذان ووصفها بالأساليب البائسة التي تُذكّر بقانون أمن الدولة في التسعينات

URGENT ALERT: BCHR President Abdulhadi Alkhawaja arrested
URGENT ALERT
The president of the Bahrain Center for Human Rights, Abdulhadi Alkhawaja, was arrested by Bahraini authorities this morning at 6am. The reason for the detention is not yet known.
Mr. Alkhawaja was previously arrested in September 2004 after he gave a public lecture in which he criticized the Prime Minister of Bahrain. (See Human Rights Watch: Rights Center Closed as Crackdown Expands and Closure of BCHR).
Mr. Alkhawaja was due to travel to the United States later this month to deliver a lecture about political reform in Bahrain, at the American Enterprise Institute, Washington DC.
It is also being reported that Hassan Mushaima, the secretary general of the Haq Movement political society, has also been arrested.
The arrest comes just a day after two political activists in the country (Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Sahlawi and Mr Hussain AbdulAziz Al Hebshi) were sentenced to prison for possessing leaflets. The leaflets, downloaded from an internet website, called on Bahrainis to boycott the November 2006 national elections. (See information regarding the Leaflet Detainees).
