Kindly to be informed that Phase II of your project is due to Wednesday, 26/ till 5:00pm and requires to:[LIST=1][*]Draw the E-R Diagram (both Chen and Crows Foot) for the relational model.[*]Apply the normalization techniques (1NF, 2NF, and 3NF) on the E-R diagram.[*]Submit the final Relational model of your project.[*]Writing the DDL & DML queries[/LIST][LIST=1][*]The E-R Diagram before applying normalization.[*]The E-R Diagram after applying the normalization.[*]The final relational model.[*]Writing the DDL & DML queries[/LIST][LIST=1][*]Correct all mistakes and discrepancies found in Phase II.[*]Include the necessary graphical user interface (GUI) to your database.[*]Produce the reports that are generated by the DBMS.[/LIST]
Late Penalty:[LIST=1][*]Submitting after 5:00 pm on the specified date will get -5%.[*]One day late will get -10%.[*]Two days late will get -20%.[*]After two days, the report will NOT be accepted.[/LIST]
