[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وفي بعض الأحيان يشعر المراهقون أنهم أحرار وبإمكانهم ممارسة الجنس وإرضاء غرائزهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']كما يشاؤون . لكنهم يخشون في نفس الوقت من هذه العملية لكونها تنطوي على إحتمالات[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الحمل ، وأحيانا أخرى يلجأون الى إرضاء أنفسهم عن طريق ممارسة الإستمناء أو ما يسمى[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']بالعادة السرية[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']فطبقا للتحقيقات التي أجراها كينزي حول[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']فئة المراهقين ، تبين أن 30 ـ 70 % من الفتيات و 70 ـ 90 % من الفتيان في البلدان[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الغربية يمارسون العادة السرية . وبالطبع فإن هذه النسبة تقل في المجتمعات[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الإسلامية نتيجة تحريم الدين الإسلامي لذلك[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].

[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']إن[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']مثل هؤلاء الأشخاص يعانون من القلق والإضطراب ، ويسعون ، من خلال افعالهم وتصرفاتهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الخاطئة ، الى التنفيس عن الضغوط النفسية التي تعتمل في صدورهم بهدف الوصول الى[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']حالة الهدوء النفسي ، لكنهم يندمون على أفعالهم فيما بعد، فيشتد قلقهم وإضطرابهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] . [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وبطبيعة الحال ، يولي المراهقون ، أناثا وذكورا ، في هذه المرحلة من أعمارهم اهمية[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']متزايدة لآراء الآخرين بشأن ميولهم وعواطفهم . وهذه الحالة تعد أرضية مناسبة لتوجيه[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ميولهم ورغباتهم بالإتجاه الصحيح[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وبعبارة أخرى إذا كان[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الأشخاص الذين يتأثر بهم المراهق ويحسب أهمية لرغباتهم أناس شرفاء ومؤدبون يميل هو[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الآخر الى الالتزام والتأدب بآدابهم في الحياة ، وبالعكس إذا كانوا أشخاص متهتكون[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وفاسدون ينساق هو الآخر وراءهم نحو الإنغماس في الرذيلة والإنحراف[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
