[FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']إن إجتياز مرحلة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الطفولة والدخول في مرحلة المراهقة والنضوج ليس بالأمر الهين ، بل أنه ينطوي على[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']صعوبات ومشكلات كثيرة . وقد يستغرق تجاوز هذه المرحلة في بعض الحالات سنوات عديدة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ومن المشكلات التي يتعرض لها المراهقون في هذه الأثناء ،[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']التشوشات الذهنية والإختلال في الجوانب الفكرية . ويعود السبب في ذلك الى انهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']يواجهون في حياتهم الجديدة قضايا متشعبة وواسعة يعانون صعوبات في كيفية التعامل[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']معها وإتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنها ، وفي الوقت ذاته لا يسمح لهم إعتدادهم بأنفسهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وغرورهم طلب العون والإرشاد من الآخرين في سبيل حل مشاكلهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ليس خطأ أن نتوقع من المراهقين أن تكون لهم حياة هادئة ويواصلون[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']العيش الطبيعي كالكبار ، لكن مثل هذا التوقع مبالغ به ، ويتعارض مع الظروف الحساسة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']التي يمرون بها خلال فترة المراهقة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ففي بعض الموارد ،[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']نلاحظ المراهقين وهم يعانون من حالة الإعتلال والمرض ، ومن طائفة من الإختلالات[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']العضوية والنفسية التي أشرنا الى بعضها في الفصول السابقة ، ومن هذه الإختلالات[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']حالة السمنة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']تشير التحقيقات حول المصابين بالسمنة الى[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']انهم كانوا يعانون من الحالات الآتية وطبقا للنسب المثبتة : 63 % منهم كانوا يعانون[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']من توقف عملية النمو ، و 62 % منهم مصابون بالوسواس ، و43 % منهم يعانون من الشك[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']والتردد ، و40% منهم منطوون على أنفسهم ، و 34 % منهم حادو المزاج ، و 22 % منهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']يشعرون بالكبت ، و 17 % منهم ضعاف الأعصاب ... وهكذا الى آخر الحالات في[/FONT][FONT='Arial','sans-serif'][/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']فنجدهم أحيانا ينسجون خططا لمستقبلهم في[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']خيالهم ويتمثلون تحققها في الواقع العملي ، ولما يشعرون بإستحالتها بعد حين[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']يعتبرونها مشكلة حقيقية ويتمنون يحققها في الواقع الخارجي . لكنهم في الوقت ذاته[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']يعانون من مشاكل وإبهامات فكرية حقيقية ايضا ناشئة في الغالب عن قلة التجربة وفقر[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']المعلومات عن ظروف وطبيعة الحياة وهي ثغرات يفترض بأولياء الأمور والمربين أن[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']يملؤها قبل هذا الوقت بالإرشاد والتوجيه في سبيل تحصين الشخص فكريا وثقافيا[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']. [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وكذلك يكون[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']المراهقون ن خلال هذه المرحلة عرضة للمشكلات النفسية المختلفة التي قد تتطور الى[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']عقد وأمراض نفسية مستفحلة . ومن هذه المشاكل يمكن الإشارة الى الرغبة بالإستقواء ،[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وإستخدام القوة ، وإبراز العضلاتن والشعور بالتفاهة في بعض الحالات ، والتناقض في[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']السلوك ، وضعف الإرادة ، والميل الى التحرر والعجز عن تحقيق ذلك ، وأحيانا فقدان[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الشجاعة و[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] ...
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وفي بعض الحالات يشعر هؤلاء عند التعامل[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']معهم أن الآخرين تجاوزوا[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT]

[FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']على حقوقهم ولم يحترموهم . وحتى يتصورون[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']أن أولياء امورهم لا يدركونهم ولا يجيدون كيفية التعامل معهم ،وهذه الأخيرة تصدق[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']على الكثير من الفتيات وتظهر من خلال كثرة شكاواهن في هذا المجال. ومن أعراض[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']المشكلات النفسية حالات التمرد على أوامر وتوجهات أولياء الأمور والمربين ، وسرعة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الغضب ، والإعتداء على الآخرين ، وعدم الإنتظام ، والإدبار عن الإهتمام بالدراسة ،[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وقضاء الأوقات بالعبث[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']. [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']لكنهم في الوقت[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ذاته يمتازون بدرجة كبيرة من الفضول العلمي ، وإذا حصل وأن توصلوا الى مسالة معينة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']خلال قراءاتهم أو تجاربهم ، فإنهم يتحدثون عنها بلون من الحماس وكأنهم قد توصلوا[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الى كشف عظيم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']كما تتولد لديهم ، في ناحية الإهتمام[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الأدبي ، حالة من الرومانسية تجعلهم على أثرها حساسين وشفافين جدا. وتارة نجدهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']متزمتين تجاه الأعراف والقيم والالتزام به ، وتارة أخرى يكونون غير مكترثين بشيء من[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']هذه الأمور الى درجة التمرد والإستهتار[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']. [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']تبدو حالة الفتيات[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']في مثل هذه السن وكأنهن يبحثن عن ضالة لهن ، ولا يعرفن أين ينبغي العثور عليها، ومن[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']هنا فأنهن يتصرفن تصرفات تبدو غريبة ومتنافية مع الأعراف والقيم الإجتماعية وتدعو[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الى إستنكار وإحتجاج الكبار[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ويلاحظ في الغالب ، أن[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الفتيات المراهقات يتجهن في حياتهن الى تقليد الممثلات ونجمات السينما ، اللاتي[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']يتأثرن بهن ، في طريقة العيش والملبس وفي[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT]

[FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']العلاقات الإجتماعية . ولاشك في أن السلب[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] ,[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الإيجاب في هذه الإندفاعات يتوقف على نوع الشخصيات التي تكون موردا للإهتمام من[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']قبل المراهقات ، فإذا كانت رزينة وإيجابية تكون مؤثرة بالإتجاه الإيجابي ، وإذا[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']كانت متهتكة وسلبية ، فإنها تجر نحو الرذيلة والإنحراف[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']تتنوع المشكلات الإجتماعية لدى المراهقات ، وتشمل في قسم منها ، حالات من قبيل عدم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الإنضباط في السلوك والجنوح ، والإضطراب ، وعدم المواظبة على تحضير الدروس والحضور[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الى المدرسة ،والإنشغال الذهني والكآبة ، والضجر من الحياة ، والتهور في السياقة ،[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']والتمرد على الضوابط الإجتماعية التي لا تتعارض مع نفسياتهن[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']وبشكل عام ، فإن مرحلة المراهقة ، تعد من المراحل التي يواجه فيها[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الشخص صعوبات كثيرة في التطابق والإنسجام مع شروط الحياة الإجتماعية . وتتطلب عملية[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']الإرشاد والتوجيه التربوي فيها مزيدا من الوعي والتحمل من قبل أولياء الأمور[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']والمربين[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']. [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'][/FONT]

[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']إن نمط حياة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']المراهقين وطبيعة الظروف التي يعيشونها داخل أسرهم ، تعكس آثارها بإطراد على[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']نفسياتهم ، فإذا كانت حياة هادئة وطبيعية يكونون هادئي الطباع وموزونين من الناحية[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']النفسية والسلوكية ، والعكس ايضا هو الصحيح ، إذا كانت متشنجة ومضطربة تكون ظروفهم[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']بالتبع كذلك[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']ومن العوامل التي تؤدي الى بروز المشكلات[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']النفسية والإجتماعية في مرحلة المراهقة ، يمكن الإشارة الى فقدان الحنان والرعاية ،[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']والفقر المادي ، والضغوط النفسية ، والتجارب والكوارث المريرة أثناء مرحلة الطفولة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] . [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']لكن المشكلات لدى فئة المراهقين لا تعود أسبابها دائما الى خلفيات سابقة ، فقد[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'] [/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif']تكون وليدة عوامل آنية ترتبط بالوضع النفسي للشخص خلال فترة المراهقة[/FONT][FONT='Times New Roman','serif'].
